First Performance of Season 42

OPAS kicked of the season with the fantastic The Texas Tenors! The patrons were drawn in by the Tenors' natural humor, talented voices, and motivating messages. The Tenors worked the Aggie crowd  well and received the loudest "howdy" they have ever heard on their tour. The patrons excitingly lined the halls after the performance to buy CDs and anxiously awaited the opportunity to take a picture with the Tenors.

The student committee was ready to tackle whatever came their way and helped every patron to their fullest ability. This was also the first major event for the newly added members of OPAS and the increasing strength in numbers and dedication became evident as the operations went smoothly and precisely. Thank you to everyone who helped!

Matt Chernosky demonstrates the proper OPAS point to direct patrons to their seats. Great job Matt!

A congratulations is in order for the Front of House Operations team (Anna Pendergrass, Maura Lytle, Macy Hicks, Noel Handy, Megan Kim, and Katy Gray) led by Zach Vaughn, and to the Back of House Operations team (Michelle Kratofil, Kelsey Morris, Megan Hoenig, Jacob de Jongh, Luke Dube, Amanda Ibarra, and Jenny Johnson) led by Jordan Scoville for their work before and during the performance.

Also, a huge thanks goes out to Aggieland Credit Union for sponsoring the performance and making the possibility of having The Texas Tenors a reality.

Here are some more pictures from Friday night's performance!
